Beet Carpaccio with avocado mouse, shaved fennel, watermelon radish

Blood orange and frisbee salad with candies pistachio, pickled red onion, goat cheese and burnt orange vinaigrette

Bruschetta with marinated tomatoes and fried goat cheese

Mains:

Squid ink pasta with calamari and cherry tomatoes in a white wine and caper sauce

Beet Risotto; (add either organic chicken or miso salmon)

Butcher’s cut steak: terres major steak with black garlic soubise, fingerling confit and vinaigrette aioli

Dessert:

“S’mores” with strawberry sauce

Chocolate beet cake with rose water butter cream and candied pasitachios
